Snorre Karkkonen Svensson is the head of the publishing house and translation company "u.c." in Riga, Latvia and director in the language centre UAB Nordisk in Lithuania. He specializes in teaching Norwegian pronunciation, and has conducted a special course in Norwegian pronunciation for the last three years at the Norwegian language and culture summer school in Bergen, Norway, and created specialized pronunciation courses for employees at DNB, EVRY and STATOIL FUEL & RETAIL in Latvia.
Previously Svensson worked as a lecturer of Norwegian language at Latvian Academy of Culture and University of Latvia. He is currently working on a PhD thesis in Second Language Acquisition at University of Bergen.
