Arundhati Deosthale

Arundhati Deosthale is a trained cultural journalist, editor, writer and translator of books that have been published by several leading publishers in India, including Jnanpth, Sahitya Akademi, Rajkamal, National Book Trust of India, Children's Book Trust of India, among others. She has more than 80 translations of picture books to her credit, including books from Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Finland and USA. She holds a M.Phil in English Literature and has worked both in the corporate (8 years) and government sector (13 years). For the past 10 years, she has been working as a literacy activist in the Himalayan region.
