Signe Viška (1997) is a young author and translator. She is also an organiser and participant of various cultural and literary projects and the creator and host of the literary radio show "Bron-Hīts" on Radio NABA. In July 2021, she became editor in chief for the monthly magazine "konTEKSTS". She writes and translates works of prose, among them books for children. Her work has been published in "Punctum", "Satori", "Kultūrzīmes", "Ubi Sunt", "Benji Knewman" and other outlets. She worked as a PR specialist for the Annual Latvian Literature Award (2020–2021), the "Poetry Days 2020" festival and the International Jānis Baltvilks Prize 2021. In 2021, Liels un mazs published Viška’s debut work in children’s literature – the picture book “Kate Who Wanted to Become Grandpa” ("Kate, kas gribēja kļūt par vectēvu") illustrated by Elīna Brasliņa.
